Beanstream provides payment, risk management, and authentication services to nearly 10,000 merchants across North America. As part of our dynamic team, you will be required to provide sales support to this market. Superior customer service and a passion for our business is the key to our success.

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on new business development by calling on qualified sales leads and responding to inbound customer calls and emails.
  • Provide online demonstrations of company products and services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within the company CRM system.
  • Provide feedback and product suggestions to our product development team.
  • Identify new market opportunities.

Position Requirements:

Education

  • University degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience in the field of marketing, business administration, or another rigorous discipline.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing or a customer service role.
  • Basic knowledge of web based commerce and payments.
  • Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office applications.

Work Conditions

  • Majority of work will be conducted from our Victoria offices. Telecommunting is an option.
  • Both inbound and outbound sales.
  • Some travel to trade shows or customer sites may be required.
  • Must pass credit, security and background checks.
