Beanstream Adds Two New Executives

VICTORIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA - September 18th, 2006

Beanstream Internet Commerce announced today that RJ Steenstra and Caroline Lennox have joined the company in the roles of Director of Marketing and Director of Products respectively. RJ will lead Beanstream's sales and marketing team and is responsible for establishing and expanding market awareness of Beanstream's products and services across all merchant, consumer and channel partner segments. Caroline will lead Beanstream's new product development initiatives. She brings 10 years of tech knowledge and management experience to this role.

Prior to joining Beanstream, RJ worked with Zero Gravity Inc in Calgary as the Director of Client Services. RJ has more than eight years experience developing and executing marketing, business and advertising strategies while holding various positions at TrizecHahn Office Properties, Venture Communications and Parallel Strategies. RJ holds an MBA from Royal Roads University and a BA and BSc. from the University of Calgary.

Caroline has driven several multi-national projects to successful completion in the bill presentation and payment industry. Prior to joining Beanstream, she worked with both small startups and large companies including: Xerox, BlueGill Technologies and CheckFree i-Solutions. Caroline holds an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
