Description:
Beanstream provides payment, risk management, and authentication services to nearly 10,000 merchants across North America. We manage software and systems in a dynamic, non-stop environment requiring strong attention to detail and a high motivation to exceed customer expectations. Position Requirements:
Education
- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent work experience in the field of financial services, technical help desk support or payment related technologies.
Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in help desk/call centre environments, preferably in a technical support capacity.
- Basic knowledge of web based commerce and payments.
- Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of HTML, ASP, XML or other programming languages an asset.
Responsibilities
- Answering questions, fulfilling requests and resolving issues via inbound calls and email to our call centre.
- Provide first level response for general customer service, application and sales inquiries and new client integrations.
- Provide integration and technical assistance to merchants deploying Beanstream payment solutions.
- Develop thorough knowledge of Beanstream products and services. Learn new products and services as they are developed.

Work Conditions
- Must pass credit, security and criminal background checks.
Compensation:
- $33,000/yr for 40hrs/week.
- Participation in company benefits plan.
